Default EXCLUSIVE: Vinnie Jones And Howard Chaykin's NOBLE

Mentioned it yesterday without realising exactly what a scoop it was, then found the pages below appearing as if by magic in my inbox.

Noble is a new comic book series written and drawn by Howard Chaykin developed with footballer/actor Vinnie Jones (Lock Stock And Two Smoking Barrels, X-Men 3, Gone In Sixty Seconds, Wimbledon FC).

It's being simultaneously developed as a TV series vehicle for Jones, featuring Jake Noble, an international superspy forced to team up with two daughters from different mothers he never knew existed.

And here is an exclusive look at the comic.

For those who need some evidence of Mr Jones' action-adventure status...

    He's the Juggernaut, bitch!

Art looks great in black and white. Maybe he should keep it that way, just throw some grey tones here and there.

I see what you're saying, I've been buying Dominic Fortune, and I think that would also fare quite well being just lines and shading, or black and white ...

I had an idea like this, guess I should have wrote it when I had the chance.

And, my God those are some ugly women. Not a big fan of the artist sadly.

...Chaykin's women have been steadily getting progressively uglier since he quit using pictures of 70's porn stars for models. Then again, considering how the years have not been kind to Juliet "Aunt Peg" Anderson and Dorothea "Seka" Patton, it's possible that he's just updated his stills to their more current visages.
