...The astonishing bit that shows us how we old punks have aged somewhat ungracefully was on a punk documentary I viewed recently where Marco Pirroni was interviewed. He'd gone old, bald and fat just like Col. Kurtz! Still didn't look as decrepit as Boy George does these days, but jeez!
...On a side note, I saw Adam live in 1991 when he showed up here in CenTex. He was pushing his new "rockabilly" image with "Viva Le Rock" then, and sadly I was one of the few in the audience who was enjoying the hell out of the show despite the fact he wasn't playing any of his classic punk/new wave hits from his "and The Ants" days. He got so pissed at the audience that he not only didn't play an encore, he wouldn't play the song most requested by the punks in the audience - Strip!
