Doctor Strange Confirmed For Marvel Movieverse Phase 3

Kevin Feige has promised that a Doctor Strange movie will "definitely" be joining Ant Man inthe Marvel Movieverse. It won't be for a while, mind, as both of these pictures are set for release on the other side of second Avengers film.

Speaking to MTV recently, Feige said that "Phrase 3" will introduce some new flavours. Only Ant Man and Doctor Strange have been officially named but Feige does say we:

probably don't have to look too far to guess at the next list of characters.

We told you recently that Heroes For Hire are on the roster too. Three 'series starters' seems to be enough for a single "phase," wouldn't you think?

"Phase 2" gets underway in April with Iron Man 3 then continues over the next two years with secondary Thor, Captain America and Avengers pictures. The only fresh faces in this phase will be The Guardians of the Galaxy - luckily, there's a whole gang of them.

Dr. Strange will be great. Good strategy by Marvel to diversify types of films, but ass-nasty of them to throw a crappy Thanos into the picture. As others have said, it's a clear attempt to screw over DC when they use the vastly superior Darkseid.
