I didn't like the first issue, and I don't like the idea of this book in the first place, so, no problems there. But one has to wonder why Marvel still thinks they can get an issue per month out of Cassaday.
Am I the only one receiving this news as a selling point?
I might have considered following this knowing it would release monthly or even in 6-week intervals. I just can't imagine a writer or artist giving consistent quality in a twice a month format even with fill-in artists. I wonder if my local LCS has any copies of #1 left.
i dont really have a vested interest in 'marvel vs dc' or whatnot, but as a seller, i can tell you the big difference for me: New52 was instant $$$, even bottom tier books. Marvel NOW are already selling below cover online.
not sure what that says, i just found it interesting
This is depressing. I would have thought Marvel would be prepared and made sure he had at least half the arc done before issue #1 shipped. Didnt he have lead time? What else is he doing besides some covers? Even Frank Cho thinks he'll have his first arc done before issue #1 is out.
Bought issue #1 now I'm not sure if I buy #2 or wait for the HC.
We finally get the elections out of the way and an end to the constant sniping and once more we're back with it in the comic world. It seems that we''l never get past the fact that DC Fans can't resist sniping at Marvel and vice versa.
Oh well, can't expect miracles I suppose. Anyone fancy a New Years Resolution to avoid posting about things they neither read or have any interest in?
