Spider-Man's New Costume Gets A Colour Scheme

Spider-Man: Ends Of The Earth is the storyline that writer Dan Slott says he's been building up to, with Doctor Octopus and the Sinister Six launching numerous world threats simultaneously.

Marvel teased a look at the new costume Spider-Man will be donning, and now we get the colour scheme. Red and blue, mostly.

Ends Of The Earth was also the original title for Hitch Hikers Guide To The Galaxy, when it was planned as a series of one shot radio shows. Instead that one episode took over the whole show...

Anyone taking bets on how many issues this costume will last? Last one I remember (aside from the black costume) was Iron Spider... think that lasted all of eight issues.

I really doubt this is anything other than a temporary costume for this story line.

Spidey's already sported TWO temporary new costumes since Slott took over (stealth and armor, if you don't count his FF suit). He's creating them through the tech he's developing at his new job. This is guaranteed to just another one, and nothing to get bent out of shape about.

So in addition to hiring fanfic writers for professional comic book writing gigs, Marvel uses someone in the bullpens kid with photoshop and a Mac to do their graphics?

I pretty much dropped all Marvel titles. But I may pick this up. The art is nice(what I can see).
