I don't read this terrible book anymore, but I know they've done about three costume changes in the last two years. Three.
That's really bad. Go to hell, Marvel.

He needs a new costume for every big story? Yeah, we had the Iron-Spidey for the Unmasking which barely had a point, because Spider-man had become almost unrecognizable. I assume he's magic or do they just decide he's not. There's no reason to change costume all the time!
Plot! Characters! Stuff actually happening! No robo-Doc! That's what would of been great.
Iron Spider-Man was 5 years ago. Move on.
The "Tron" costume variant was put together for specific story based reasons in the book, as I'm pretty sure this one will be. The book does have a plot, characters (hard to make any story without them), characterization, action, developing plotlines both long and short term. It reminds me quite a bit of the Roger Stern run back in the 80s, but with a bit more sexy & violent (because we wouldn't want it to be too kid friendly).

Its annoying you know. Spiderman has been my favourite character for a long time and I love Dan Slott's writing but how can I say this... its like many of the stories read like fan fiction. Its really a weird feeling but that is exactly how most of his issues have felt. Take for example Spider Island... what the hell was that ??? Then the art... way too many people with a variety of styles which is jarring to say the least. If you want to ship bi-monthly atleast keep artists which mesh well and don't feel inconsistent. I like change and don't mind the costume changes and power upgrades but there is always something off about how they come about.
Its like I want to like the book but there's always something that takes away the fun from it.

Hey there. You should probably watch the straight up personal attacks. You can disagree with his opinions, but name calling each other on the board is pretty much the only thing that can get you time out.
It does seem clear he hasn't read it, but he's far from the first person to attack a book without looking at it.

I don't think he's cobbling this together. It looks like (based on the "to protect you" comment and the fact that it's in a box in his apartment) that he's been given it as a gift by someone who knows what's coming (Steve Rogers, maybe?), which suggests a spy within Oc's bad guy group.
It's amazing that brain can generate enough power to keep those legs moving
