IRex have always made the most desirable eReaders to my mind, and this is one step closer to what I'd like.

Obviously, here, we're a hankering for the Samsung colour tech in Japan, but this device looks nicer than the Kindle and has (crucially for me, at least) newspaperdirect.
Their (ugly) Digital Reader series (more professional) can be accompanied with a discounted subscription that basically allows you as much news (in fake paper) as you can handle ... and I'm hopeing that they do the same here.
I also hope that they will still include the annotation functionality, as I think that is a true winner. I'd use this as my diary, for sure.

If so, it's going to be bought.
