First Trailer For Shyamalan's Sci-Fi Epic, After Earth, With Will And Jaden Smith

Just a few minutes ago Twitter was suddenly abuzz with talk of After Earth and its first trailer, and judging from a quick YouTube search, it seems like we've had another early trailer leak from an international channel.

The film was written by Gary Whitta and Stephen Gaghan, previously responsible for Book of Eli and Traffic respectively. More ink is going to be spilled over its director, I think - M. Night Shyamalan, who seems to be really quite poorly treated in some quarters.

Looks good to me. I won't say too much more now because I feel one of my nerdy trailer breakdowns coming on.

Was thinking the exact same thing. There was a Twilight Zone episode that had that exact same ending, which I'm not sure at present if it was based on a short story or if it was an original story. Let's go even further, ship's named Eden.

The twist is that 'the son' is actually a clone of 'the father', one hemisphere of the Earth is a futuristic Utopia and while the other is a wilderness and the whole thing is a dream.
