Rupert Murdoch Has Joined Twitter And Tweet-Reviewed A Couple Of Fox Films

After kicking off his Twitter account on New Years Eve with a couple of book reviews* Rupert Murdoch has followed up with tiny twit-crits of a couple of films made by 20th Century Fox, one of the many limbs of his media Empire.

Well, there you go, Alexander Payne, Cameron Crowe and George Clooney - you have a fan in high places. Ahem.

I wonder if we'll see Murdoch start to review films from other studios. Even if he only keeps it to Fox fare, I'll be interested in see which films he spins, which he neglects and what he thinks of Prometheus.

*He likes The Rational Optimist, and thought the Steve Jobs bio was "interesting but unfair".
