I guess what's coming in June, really?

And this is good news IMO! It's time for Johns to move on, and a re-wiring of the GL books (getting rid of Red Lanterns or New Guardians too) is a good idea.

Thankfully, for people like me who enjoy New Guardians, the last issue of Tony Bedard's run doesn't exactly sound like the book is cancelled. I hope you won't be too disappointed.
PLEASE CONSIDER putting SilverSmurfer on ignore due to his factually incorrect and hysteric claim that "Uber" is a "historically revisionist nazi fantasy," and that we should boycott Avatar for it.
    Thank you for your Considerations.

Hmmm...what other potential franchise at DC needs a Geoff Johns-like shot in the arm? Hawkworld? Think about it: Hawkman, Hawkwoman, Hawkgirl, Hawkboy, Hawkhawk. Warhawk, Hawkeye, Blackhawk, Bluehawk, Redhawk, Yellowhawk. Hawk your stereo, hawk up your dinner, hawk up a lung. The possibilities are endless!

Hmmm, these books were strongly tied to old continuity, mostly sell well... DiDio HAS to fix that! Where's Liefeld????
If you'd like to see my store, a faux movie trailer was shot there.

It says nothing about Red Lanterns or New Guardians being canceled. Just that the creative teams are wrapping up their run.

I don't really see the point in either book in a post-Johns GL world....but maybe the next wave will make it all work.

Wow, an entire line is losing it's writers?

    That's REAL risky.

I've enjoyed all the lantern books since rebirth and not sure how I feel about this.

Very cautious now for whatever the new direction may be.

I wonder if that means everyone's getting kicked up a level - Tomasi to GL, Bedard to Corps, Milligan to Guardians. . .
