Default Is anyone here reading Dial H?

Because it's one of the most promising new series I've read in a long, long time. Endlessly creative, and completely heartfelt, DC has a real (critical) hit on its hands.

If you are, or if you aren't, check out this little thing I wrote up about it!

I'm reading the series and enjoy the run. I just wished the that 0 issue came after the end of this current story arc.

I read #1 and it stunk. One of the worst comics I've read in a llooonnnnggggg time.

I didn't drop it yet, though, because those covers by Bolland are killer.

I read #0 and it was actually quite good. I don't know if I'll go back and reread 1 or read 2 to 4.
You play, you win, you play, you lose. You play. It’s the playing that’s irresistible. Dicing from one year to the next with the things you love, what you risk reveals what you value.

Loathesome I am and evil, you can mock me for that. But leave my pain alone.

The Dark Side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be….unnatural.

Sticks and stones may break my bones but cement pays homage to tradition.

I've been reading it so far, but looking for a jumping off point. And Ponticelli becoming the new artist with #7 has given me exactly what I wanted. Uggh.

It's a fantastic book. So dense and layered. DC is lucky to have someone like China Mieville. He should write a Vertigo book.

Absolutely love this comic, even though it's been a bit all over the place. The zero issue was amazing.

I wanted to like it, I really did, but after giving the story six issues to pull me in I had to drop it. Maybe it will read better as a collected edition, but the plot was just moving way too slow for me.

    Lovely Bolland covers, though.

Same. Something never quite gelled for me.
