Default Could Snow White and the Huntsman 2 Already Have An "Amazing" Director?

Patrick Dane writes for Bleeding Cool

It seems that Kristen Stewart is rather excited about the Snow White and the Hunstman sequel. In an interview with Indiewire, she had this to say about the nextinstalment:
Oh, it?s gonna be fuckin? amazing. No, I?m so excited about it, it?s crazy
It was not so long agothat people didn't even think Snow White would be in her own sequel. Things have obviously changed since then and this is the closest confirmation we have gotten that her role will be a central one.

So that is that then. I guess we can put the off-screen shenangans behind us now... Wait, we can't? Oh well.

The drama seems to have left an empty director's chair still to be filled. Or so we had assumed.
Oh my God. Fuck, yeah. Absolutely. And we?ve got a really amazing? [smiles] So, yeah. It?s all good. [laughs]
Could thisexcitement stem from this really amazing ... something*? It'sdefinitelypossible.

I like Stewart. She gets more negative sentiments thrown her way than she deserves and her involvement isdefinitelya good thing for the franchise. Well, better than everyone trying to tiptoe around the fact that the title character isn't in the film anymore.

I heard Kristen Stewart was so excited she almost stopped sneeering insolently.

She's not as bad as her reputation suggests, but she was pretty bad in this. For a figure whose beauty and goodness is supposed to inspire so many, she's sn awfully bland and unemotive Snow White: Warrior Princess.

The first one wasn't good enough to warrant a sequel, IMO.

I agree completely. I actually only saw it last night so it's fresh in my memory. It's very pretty, but so full of plot holes you could strain spaghetti through it, and I don't think I'll ever get the image out of my head of Snow White in full battle armour and an entire inventory of Maybelline products. The movie isn't exactly bad mind you, more disappointing, it's certainly not the foundation of a franchise.

It was impossible to suspend belief that Kristen Stewart was more fair than Charlize Theron. Sorry, but just no.

Alright! A sequel. I hope they bring in some other fairy tales.
Can someone ask Grant Morrison to give me a haircut?
