Only thing is, I can't really show it to you without spoiling the end of today's Swamp Thing. So, if you haven't read the comic, look away. If you have, maybe it's time to take a second look...

Yes yes, William Arcane is the Rotworld Aquaman, but even better, he's riding on Starro, which is the frst New 52 appearance of the mind controlling Starfish villain. Does that mean, when everything gets reset, he'll be in the immediate future of the New 52?

I completely missed that! Awesome! But . . . um, isn't Starro an alien?

ETA: Also, we've already seen Starro in the New 52 . . . sort of. The cover of David Graves' book Justice League: Gods Among Men (as depicted in Justice League) shows the JL fighting Starro. Which means that Starro isn't in the immediate future of the New 52 DCU, he's in its past!
