Default How Many Covers To Adventure Time #1 Do You Need Anyway?

With the release of Adventure Time #1 from Boom expected to fly out of the door on arrival, with a second print already on the way, here's a checklist of all the covers.

I have to say, the San Diego Exclusive cover is a little disappointing. Seriously guys, you should really step up on that one.

Since it's a Cartoon Network show, how did DC let this book slip between their fingers?

They most-likely dropped the ball during the reblaunch

Also, it's not a HannaBarbera or WB cartoon. This is done by Frederator Studios. So, I don't think CN has as much say in merchandising and cross-media platforms as, let's say a show like Dexter's Lab which was made by Cartoon Network Studios.

We're doing variant covers on freaking kids comics now?

Well, I guess you gotta con them into the scam while they're young before they form reasonable thinking skills...

Plus DC doesn't think it needs an audience outside of 25-50 year old males. Their idea of expanding readership was to market toward that demographic that stopped reading comics years ago, not to actually find new demographics.
