Default Grace Randolph's Stacktastic! - Aquaman Is Cool, American Vampire Is Timeless, Captain America Is Drawn By Alan Davis - Think About The Ink!

That was Christmas. But enough about that. New comics hit the US tomorrow and the UK on Thursday (just like in the old days) and Grace Randolph and Think About The Ink is here to tell us what's getting her post-eggnog brain fizzing, for Bleeding Cool.

I think the metaphor's useful but not perfect.

But oh Grace, you know not what monster you have unleashed (if certain players get involved).

Great show! I would like to see a little less DC/ Marvel reviews and a little more Dark Horse and Image reviews, but it's just the second or third show so I might be getting ahead of myself with this critique.

I like the idea of comparing comics to different kinds of TV shows. I think your different catagories would make a good way to split up a theme episode of Stacktastic one of these days. Let's see, most of DC and Marvel superheroes would be network TV. I guess we kind of have to call Buffy/ Angel and Faith CW soaps since both were on that network, even though I think the books and even some of the actual shows are better than what the term "soaps" implies. I would call the Walking Dead comic premium cable even though the TV show is on less than premium cable.

Oh, and maybe you could review some Marvel Omnibi and some Dc absolute editions and nice books like that. There's an oversized Madman Hardcover coming out soon that I'd love to see reviewed before I spend the money on it.

    Anyway, thanks for the show!
