Post New Thread title bug?

Not sure if this qualifies as a bug or perhaps the side-effect of some anti-spam code that you guys have going on, but I thought I would note---

I attempted to start this thread with the title "GOD SAVE THE SHADE!" --- all caps with an exclamation point.

When it posted to the forum, the title simply displayed as "God save the shade!"

Less capitalization, much?

A small quirk, but worth noting.

I think that may be intentional - I've seen vBulletin on other sites configured to change any all-caps text to lower-case with only the first initial capitalised as a way of preventing "shouty" posts. I'm slightly surprised it applies to titles as well though.
