I had a contract agreement with Rick for a website redesign, which he agreed to in writing. I have the contract and associated emails. The design was created with Adobe Fireworks, photoshop and dreamweaver, all standard website design tools. Rick approved the design, in writing. These documents were given to the judge, and copies were mailed to Rick, along with his court summons.

Shooting off fireworks is something any six year old can do after downing a highlife and knicking his dad's lighter!

What you 'allege' here and elsewhere has no bearing on the facts, Scott. I have the emails to prove otherwise. Words from you even. Least wise, you'll get paid what you are owed. Your 'agent' with attest to that.

Because their contract called for that completion. It didn't seem to stop the talent that put Tales of the Spooky together. And there are ALL kinds of places that I can go on that aspect of what one creative director did versus another. But that is neither here or there now.

Yes, I am all for paying the talent that fulfilled their contractual obligations to TightLip Entertainment. Though to be clear, I am not weighing in on having an amateur career in comics.

That's a lie, Scott. Well, some of it at least! The templates you sent me were Word Press. There was no flash or dreamweaver present. I approved no design. You sent me 6 samples of the homepage redesign that you created using my own graphics with little originality. I've gotten your 'samples' reviewed by better qualified website designers. They scoffed at your methods and (no pun intended) absurd attempts.

This all simply means that we're headed to where we were headed all along. Like I said, I'll pay you through your 'agent' and then get my money (and then some perhaps) out of that leathery hide of yours. Again, I'm not here to argue. I'm just as firm in my beliefs about you as other people are, I suspect. But we'll let the law decide where your part of this is concerned.
