    Default BC Format and Appearance

Now that there's a large amount of film-related stuff that isn't comic related, is the appearance of the front end likely to change?

All are potentially interesting but not necessarily at the same time; I for one am generally mostly here about comic stuff. A quick "fix" would just be to adjust the CSS of the headline so that film is blue and comics red, or whatever. Allows a visual filter when I only have a minute!

The front page format will indeed change within the next few days. there will also be bleedingcool/comics and bleedingcool/film for those who wish to focus on one or the other.

When you say the front page format do you mean the homepage? Like at bleedingcool.com? Or are you talking about the shuffling of the forums?

Much prefer the change... I was getting a little frustrated at all the film stuff. Much of it of interest, but yeah I do come here for the comic book gossip Rich is so well known for.

Love the change. I could care less about 90% of the movie stuff, and I was getting tired of sifting headlines to find the comics-related bits I come here to read. Thanks!

The front page looks lovely ... (but not in ie6, but who gives a fuck?) ...

With regard to the forums (less of a priority, I know) what's the plan for the colour scheme, and overall design.
As we are now, I notice that a lot of the images are not utilising transparencies. This also happens for the logo (on the front page - shock!). Just curious, really.
Stop telling me how things should be, I'm just some cunt on the internet.
Get up, move to a table without the internet, and do something about changing it.

    Default Front page formatting error

    Hi,

This is mainly for Mark Seifert, thought it better to add here rather than start a completely new thread.

Both columns are displaying on the right hand side of the page (Comics, then Film) on the PC I'm currently on, they display perfectly on my my iphone 3G however (tried attaching a screenshot in a Word doc but it was way above the file size limit, sorry).

    System info
    --------------

    IE 7.0.5730.11
Win XP Pro Version 2002 SP2

Possibly just some weird conlifct my end but thought I'd flag just in case.

Lovely job with the site generally.

I don't mind the format of the front page, but there is one thing that really irritates me.

When I want to see the next page I have to click on "More Bleeding Cool Comics News" or "More Bleeding Cool Film News" and I get a new page showing me exactly the same stories I've just seen - and then need to click again to get to the second page.

Is there any way we can get it to jump straight to page 2?
