Uh, What Happened to the 'Bleeding Cool' customisations?

If I had to guess the forum has been updated but it has somehow binned the custom style, putting us back at the default (I notice we are now on vBulletin 4.0.1 which suggests a possible more radical update than usual). I had a look around and can't seem to find where you'd change your forum skins but it might be I'm looking in the wrong place.

Is it just me or does the "Go to first new post" icon not work correctly. No matter what thread I click it in, it takes me to the 1st post of the day, not since I last visited the forum.
