I thought long and hard about doing this because I watched some of this lady's footage on YouTube and thought that she really seemed deluded, unwell and lonely and genuinely dangerous to herself or others if confronted. Only yesterday I was looking into Rob Granito stuff to explain to a friend who he was and then stumbled upon whispers on 'twitter' and 'he-man.org' ( I'm a He-Man fan.... ) about Juli Mayer, a Massachusetts artist who claimed to be an original DC penciller - in fact she claims this ebulliantly here, in 2009:

What the heck is it with these unstable uber-swipers and claiming to be backroom staff for Bruce Timm/WB Animation? (I asked this of a friend who said that there were loads of "How to Draw..." books released on the back of nearly every WB DC animated property since 'Batman: TAS' which may have given these Dunning-Kruger sufferers a grim delusion of talent... or something)
Anyway, I thought I'd bring it to your attention since you so deftly despatched Granito to the Phantom Zone (a photocopied, colour print of the Phantom zone with tape and paint smudges at the side)

I don't want to wish lynch mobs on a lady - especially one who seems as lonely as Juli here. I'm just frustrated that, as one of the original scribblers on deviantart and the nominated caricaturist for my office, I never was insane/had the cajones enough to grift my own original stuff the way these guys do. Again, like Granito - and unlike a handful of cheeky but quite talented "swipers" out there - Mayers doesn't even seem to have any real artistic ability at all.

For me, in my l'il flat in Scotland, that's two whackos doing this stuff I've learned about in the space of twenty-four hours. It is at once fascinating, scary, creepy and annoying.
