Fantagraphics is launching a new superhero line called All Time Comics.

I know.

Launching in March, with writer Josh Bayer, the line will start with All Time Comics: Crime Destroyer #1 to introduce the shared universe characters Atlas, Bullwhip, Crime Destroyer, and Blind Justice before spinning them off into their own books.

This issue will also include the final comics work of the late Herb Trimpe.

Other veteran superhero names include Al Milgrom, as well as Ethan Van Sciver's brother Noah Van Sciver and Ben Marra.

With each issue having many contributing cartoonists.

Bayer told Entertainment Weekly, "All Time Comics is celebration of independent comics and the best of pulpy superhero comics of the past. We are making a circle complete. This is also a period when comics seem to be in danger of being eclipsed by movies and video games, and All Time Comics is here to remind people that comics, not movies, not action figures or toys, that started our cultural obsession with superheroes. All Time Comics is us, and we stand for comics. Comics are not fading. They will stand… for all time."

Johnny Ryan and Jim Rugg provide the first variant covers…
