Blizzard Unveils New 24" Illidan Stormrage Statue In Time For Blizzcon

We are just two days away from Blizzcon… the annual convention held by Blizzard Entertainment for the fans and players of World of Warcraft, Starcraft, Diablo, Heroes of the Storm, Overwatch and Hearthstone. I'll be heading down there Friday to cover their opening ceremony, new announcements, etc. But we have one new announcement already.

Blizzard has released this video showing the crafting of their new collectible statue of Illidan Stormrage. The character is at the center of the latest Legion expansion for WoW that also introduced the Demonhunter as a playable character. Illidan is the first demonhunter, created when he drank demon blood from the skull of Gul'dan. Also known as the Betrayer, Illidan is a powerful magic user and powerful warrior rolled into one. Now you can add this 24" tall statue to your desk or shelf. The former Nightelf stands with his wings out, his massive horns forward and his warglaives at the ready.
