Valiant Registers Harbinger Wars 2 Domain

Valiant has a major new series launch coming next month with Harbinger Renegades #1 from writer Rafer Roberts and artist Darick Robertson.

…And just last month, we heard word that Sony had jumped production of the upcoming Harbinger feature film to fall before the Bloodshot film, thus giving Valiant's team of super-powered teenagers a likely shot at being the publisher's first major franchise to hit the big screen.

Now, the plot thickens even further.

It appears that representatives for Valiant Entertainment have registered the HarbingerWars2.com and HarbingerWarsII.com website addresses. Such a move would likely precede a major announcement on the publishing or fronts…

First published in 2013, Harbinger Wars was Valiant's first full-fledged crossover event and collided the publisher's Harbinger and Bloodshot series together for a Las Vegas-set battle that effected the shape of their then-new shared universe for years to come. And, aside from introducing major new characters like Generation Zero, it also provided the road map for Sony's five-film plan for the dual Harbinger and Bloodshot film franchises, which are slated to ultimately culminate in a big-screen Harbinger Wars adaptation.
