Eric Powell Signs Chimichanga Comics For Albatross Funnybooks December 2016 Solicits

Eric Powell is a clever fellow. He's got a series coming out from Dark Horse Comics, Chimichanga. But he's also a self-publisher, putting out his comics Spookshow and Hillbilly.

So he's got Dark Horse to sell him a bunch of copies of his own book, Chimichanga, hopefully at cost, signing them and then putting them in next week's Diamond Previews under his Albatross Funnybooks line.

More people should try this. Works quite well for Dynamic Forces too.

My mistake.  Eric is selling is old stock of Chimichanga #1, the series he self-published back in 2010. It seems that he's taking advantage of the opportunity to try and sell those again, with the launch of the new, upcoming Dark Horse series. Still a good idea….
