The Real Truth About Ulysses' Powers, Honest This Time, In Civil War II #5

Apparently we have another Civil War II ending from which nothing will be the same ever again, honest, and an actual explanation of Ulysses' powers that may or may not explain the many contradictions over its implementation, whether causal or non-causal, and exactly how it is so different to what Iron Man did with Scarlet Witch and the Chaos Computer in Force Works.

Maybe.

Oh and an ending that will have the world talking? Look forward to it being spoiled in the New York Daily News then.
