Miss San Diego Comic-Con? Hasbro Still Wants To Sell You Some Toys

By Jeremy Konrad

One of the hardest things to acquire at SDCC every year are the Hasbro Toy Shop exclusives. With heavy hitters like Star Wars, Transformers, Marvel, and My Little Pony, they are the most desired exclusives on the show floor, causing mass hysteria and even some people being robbed and beaten up around their booths is years past. This past year however, things ran in a pretty nice and orderly pace. I heard very few people complaining about anything bedsides the fact that they just wanted to be in line and get their hands on these exclusives.

Well, starting today, you can!

As of right now, August 9, if you go to Hasbro Toy Shop, you can get your hands on all of the exclusives that were available at the show. Some of those include:

obi   Kylo jyn

From Star Wars, they released three new figures into their Black Series 6 inch line: a Mask less Kylo Ren, Obi-Wan Kenobi w/light up and talking holographic Princess Leia from A New Hope (this one is special, as they took the original audio and incorporated it into the display), and the debut figure from the upcoming Rogue One film Jyn Erso.

RaftClooectorMicronauts

On the Marvel side they produced Marvel legends sets in two scales: The Collector's Vault in 3 ¾ inch and The Raft Box set in 6 inch. Both sets include multiple figures and feature special packaging for those of you who don't open your toys.

MaximussoundwaveTitans

Transformers wise there are three special sets to choose from. There is the Generations Titans Return Titans Force set, which features a Voyager Class Sentinel Prime figure, Deluxe Class Brainstorm and Windblade figures, and 2 Titan Master figures: Autobot Teslor and Autobot Infinitus. The Titan Master figures become heads for the Sentinel Prime and Brainstorm figures. Also offered are the Titan Class Fortress Maximus, and one of the cooler convention exclusives in awhile, a Soundwave that actually transforms into a tablet.

With other exclusives from brands like My Little Pony, Magic The Gathering, and Micronauts, Hasbro really knocked it out of the park this year. My only hope is I am fast enough to get my hands on them.
