Shortly after retweeting Kurt Busiek, writer Gail Simone hopped on board the #VisibleWomen train supporting comic book making women everywhere. A leading voice for women in comics, Simone speaks up often on behalf of female creators, and something like this just adds to how awesome that is. While the hashtag would have surely gained attention on its own, it doesn't hurt to have some support from Simone.
