David Ayer Calls For More Creative Negative Reviews Of Suicide Squad

Last night, at the London media screening of Suicide Squad, director David Ayer and the cast introduced the new film. After an impromptu shout and callback session from Will Smith, Ayer addressed the negative reviews that the movie has got all over the place (but not here at Bleeding Cool).

He told us,

We've taken some shots out there in the reviews and everything so if you're going to give us negative reviews, you can't just say the movie blinded you, you have to say it blinded the entire audience. Youlve really got to raise your games

Those who get really creative as a writer I appreciate that, you've got to step it up when you come in to attack

Sorry David. You'll have to look elsewhere…
