Dynamite is collecting their Frankenstein: Storm Surge series in a hardcover format that will be available in both standard and limited signed editions. Dean Koontz co-wrote the new comic story as part of his novel series with writers Chuck Dixon (Seal Team Six) and Rik Hoskin (White Sand) and artist Andres Ponce.
