Dead Ahead 2 #1 To Debut At San Diego Comic Con, Three Months Early

In 2009, Image Comics published the zombies-at-sea series Dead Ahead by Clark Castillo , Mel Smith and Alex Nino.

In 2012 at Image Expo, the Castillo and Smith promised that a sequel was coming out, and would be published by Image Comics.

It wasn't.

Instead the comic is being published in October 2016 by Acme Ink, by Mel Smith, not by Clark Castillo and new artist Paul H. Birch.

But, it will see its debut at San Diego Comic Con, three months early, with a special exclusive metal cover and a special exclusive price, from Acme Ink, booth # M-O1.
