"#DontBeWormtail" J.K. Rowling Reacts To Harry Potter And The Cursed Child Preview

Last night was the first preview of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, and J.K. Rowling has taken to Twitter to prevent the secrets from being spoiled.

She even said to avoid Hypable…

Now I'm not going to lie, I did a bit of scrolling and I didn't find much on Twitter. The fans are listening. There's a lot of "This is the best thing I've ever seen," and clever things like…

It's hard to avoid the urge to read spoilers being over in the U.S. knowing that I won't be able to see the play in London. However, I have convinced myself to wait for the print version which will come out on July 31st. Seeing pictures like this make me excited though. Can you imagine the roar from the crowd?

New York Times writer Sarah Lyall kept the first half of her review non-spoilery and shared:

"For those of us in the audience, it was jarring to see the reanimation of characters we thought had been put to rest, who in our minds had been suspended forever in time and place. We had to readjust our sense of their reality, and replace what had been in our imagination with what the author put in front of us."
