Barbie Gets A Brand New Comic Book For 2016 – In Space

Today, we learned that Barbie dolls were to be issued in a variety of body shapes.

4 body types, 7 skin tones, 22 eye colours and 24 hairstyles, totally 33 different Barbie dolls.

It's going to be a big year for Barbie. It will also see sci-fi DTV film, Barbie: Starlight Adventure hit.

And to accompany this, Papercutz are publishing a brand new Barbie comic book, that somehow has evaded the clutches of Hasbro partner IDW.

Created by "Mattel Brands" and Tini Howard, of Posiedon IX and The Magdalena, Barbie Starlight #1 will be published in September.
