Speculator Corner: Marvel Age Annual #4 And Damage Control

We noted how the first Damage Control story from Marvel Comics Presents #19 went a little ballistic online after it was announced that a TV series based on Dwayne McDuffie and Ernie Colon's series for Marvel Comics was in the works, with copies now selling for up to $60 on eBay. with most around $30.

Well, that wasn't the first published Damage Control story.

The first story was a four page prologue in Marvel Age Annual #4 with a far smaller print run.

A copy sold on eBay in July and against in August for around $2. In the last few days, 7 copies have sold, from 99 cents to $11. There are currently no available copies on eBay.

A little bird tells me though, completely unconnected, that keen eyes might also take a look at Iron Man #149/150….
