Emily Bett Rickards Talks Felicity And Oliver's New Life

In season 3 of Arrow, Queen Consolidated changed hands from Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) to Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh) and became Palmer Technologies. Palmer hired Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) as vice president and at one point signed the company over to her without her knowledge. With Palmer's apparent death at the end of season 3, Felicity is now in charge even though her and Oliver have left Starling City to have a life away from the Arrow. Here Rickards talks about her character and just what is going on with her life as the new season kicks off.
