Tattoo Artist Romeo Lacoste draws Batman and the Joker in full-color while the camera captures it all. Lacoste has tattooed a lot of celebrities including Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Rumor Willis and Aaron Carter. He seems to have gone with a Batman: The Animated Series vibe to the piece. I wonder if it was just for fun or if someone will be wearing that piece in the near future.
