Fan Secured His Copy Of Fallout 4 With A Ton Of Bottle Caps
In Fallout's post-apocalyptic world, currency is dealt with in bottle caps. It is pretty iconic to the series and one fan decided to take that idea and turn it into a copy of Fallout 4. And hey, it worked.
User GatorMacheteJr posted on Reddit that he had sent a ton of bottlecaps to Bethesda Softworks after collecting them thanks to his love for Fallout 3. He did this in an attempt to secure himself a copy of Fallout 4 in November. Bethesda community lead Matt Grandstaff then got in contact to tell him he was successful, before posting this picture on Twitter of the boxes getting to the studio safe and sound.
Bare in mind this was probably a one time deal. I can't imagine Bethesda would appreciate getting over run with your bottle caps…
