Are We Going To Get Hal Jordan In Season 4 Of Arrow?

In The Flash episode Rogue Air there is a reference to Ferris Air and a missing test pilot which as we know is probably Hal Jordan. And then on Arrow, Oliver Queen is getting on a boat going to Coast City at the end of the Hong Kong flashbacks. We know Oliver spent some time in Russia during the five years where he learned to speak the language and become part of the Bratva. But the other question that is still out there is what Felicity Smoak asked at the end of season 2: "Where did you learn to fly a plane?"

In the clip below from TVLine, Stephen Amell says he knows nothing about season four except the flashbacks. He said there will be Damien Darhk – the big bad for season four, HIVE – Darhk's organization and the ones who killed John Diggle's brother and Coast City – the home of Hal Jordan and Ferris Air. And now to speculate… maybe the season four flashbacks involve Oliver working with Hal at Ferris and learning to fly while secretly working for Amanda Waller.
