Assassin's Creed Chronicles Will Take The Series To China, India And Russia

There have been long asked for Assassin's Creed time periods. Since the series debuted, it seems Egypt, World War II and Feudal Japan have been the most asked for time periods. That is to name a few, but they are the ones I have seen the most desired.

Well, Ubisoft have announced three new Assassin's Creed games and none of them are set in any of those time periods. They are however set in China, India and Russia. As part of the Assassin's Creed Chronicles Trilogy, the three settings will play host to 2D action game that looks pretty rad.

The long anticipated Chinese adventure is out on April 21st. The others are yet to garner a release date.

As I said, I dig the look of these games. I just don't know if a broader audience will be into them. I guess we will see in April.
