Adult Swim Show Heads To Comics – Preview Rick And Morty #1 From Oni Press
Oni Press had partnered with Entertainment Weekly to reveal the first six pages of Rick and Morty #1. The 32-page comic will be written by Sac Gorman, illustrated by CJ Cannon, and colored by Ryan Hill. The story will focus on one main adventure starring Rick and Morty and a second short comic focused on Summer, which will also be the arrival window for season two of Rick and Morty on Adult Swim. There will be a number of variant covers to accompany the April 1, 2015 release.
The popular Adult Swim show follows the misadventures of alcoholic scientist Rick and his easily influenced grandson Morty. The two characters split their time between family life and space travel. From what I've heard, it's a very funny show so it's cool that they are releasing a comic.
