From Snowmen To Cavemen (X-O Spoilers)

Today's launch of Roger Langridge's Abigail And The Snowman from Boom has a really nice page layout that I thought was worth bringing to further attention.

Image (23)The Snowman, realising that he can be seen by children, is in the corner of the playground. But, thanks to the layout and design, a three dimensional scene seen in isometric two dimensional perspective, he is also sitting on the top of the swings in the middle of the playground, the focus of the page, seen by everyone, in the most prominent place he can be.

I just thought it was a really neat trick – one of many in this fantastic new comic book.

While X-O Manowar looks to change the dynamic of both the title and the Armorines spinoffs in this very spoilery final splash page….

Sorry, sorry, got sidetracked, where are we? Oh yes.

Bad time to take off your helmet, mate.
