Take An Extended Look At Street Fighter V

So now we know Street Fighter V is a PlayStation 4 title 'forever', we can begin to see how Sony are going to start cornering the fighting game market as a whole…well, that isn't entirely fair. It's obvious why Microsoft didn"t go after the title for themselves, what with team Xbox pushing Killer Instinct in a big way.

Thanks to the Capcom Cup, you can now get your first extended look at what Street Fighter V looks like in motion. In the video below, you can check out over 6 minutes of footage of a fight between Ryu and Chun-Li, as well as the new mechanics available.

While the game certainly looks nice, I've never been completely sold on the inky aesthetic of the later Street Fighters. With the processing power of the PlayStation 4, I would have liked if Capcom changed the art direction a bit to add a little more of a graphical punch.
