The DC Comics Band-Aid Will Have No Characters From Prime Earth – Welcome To The Else Wars

Bleeding Cool has been running reports of next spring's DC Comics event which will see twenty two-part stories published over two months with a weekly series running through it, forty-eight issues in all.

Last week we heard the news that we were to expect to see plenty of Pre-52 characters meeting others, which conjured the image of the New 52 Superman meeting the pre-Crisis Superman.

But we got that wrong.

Because it has been clarified to us that there will be no New 52 characters represented in the Band-Aid, aside from those from Earth 2. No Prime Earth characters at all.

Instead the comics will see heroes from different realities pitted against each other.

War Of The Elseworlds. Else Wars. Anyone else suggest a title? It still isn't fixed…
