Monday night is here and it's time for The SML Podcast Episode 63: Beyond (Blade)Mode 7 here on Bleeding Cool!

This week on the show we are joined by Jesse Durona, one half of the creative force behind the SNES art and story anthology Beyond Mode 7!

We talk about the book and who all is involved along with info on some of the content and the Kickstarter tiers. From digital books to posters and bookmark sets, all the way to custom commissions, there's plenty of reason to back the 70+ page book, and I'm not just saying that because I have a story about EarthBound in there.

We also talk about what we've been playing lately and I go on yet another rant about yet ANOTHER broken PS4. We then go into the email portion of the show (theSMLpodcast@gmail.com, by the way) where we get a series of emails from one of our dedicated listeners that eats up half of our show. Thanks Zak.

Check out the mp3 of the show here or check out the YouTube version!

If that doesn't work for you, you can check us out on iTunes and subscribe to us and get all of the episodes a few days early!

Music this week is a 3 pack of songs from Final Fantasy XIV as well as a song from the Pixel Noir soundtrack, since I forgot to play that one last week…

Final Fantasy XIV – Beneath Bloodied Banners

Final Fantasy XIV – Eorzea de Chocobo

Final Fantasy XIV – Fallen Angel

Kunal Majmudar – Battle Victory

Thanks for checking us out and we'll see you next Monday with a new episode!
