Preview 'A Boy And His Rage', An All-New Story From Liberator: Rage Ignition Out Today

Vigilantism and the ethics thereof. Animal rights protestors who just can't seem to bring about change, or at least not quickly enough. Since the Black Mask Studios comic Liberator, created by Matt Miner, launched in single issues in 2013, it has certainly generated attention and plenty of critical acclaim for its concepts, artwork, and resistance to talking about the frustrations of social change in simplistic terms.

This week the first collected edition, Liberator: Rage Ignition reaches shops, and the trade is packed with extras that make it in many ways a whole new package for readers to unwrap. New stories featuring the work of Ales Kot, Tim Seeley, Frank Barbiere, Alex de Campi, Matthew Rosenberg and Ed Brisson, to name a few, demonstrate that the animal rescue initiative supported by the sale of Liberator make creators more than willing to get on board.
