Peter Mayhew Is Back As Chewbacca For Star Wars 7, Disney Admit Filming Has Started‏

This is, really, just a quick follow up to two previous stories.

One. We passed on word that Star Wars: Episode VII was already filming in Cairo. Now Disney’s Alan Horn has said that, yes, production is already underway.

While Horn says that some casting is yet to be completed, word is now out that Chewbacca is back and Peter Mayhew will be playing him again. Once more, The Hollywood Reporter are consolidating one of our previous reports.

So there we go. All the mystery will be sucked out of this box before you know it. Within reason, anyway. And that suits me just fine.
