New Trailer For Tracks, Starring Mia Wasikowska And Adam Driver
Mia Wasikowska walks across the Australian desert in her latest film, Tracks, and if nothing else, it looks like it'll be gorgeous.
The John Curran film received mostly positive if somewhat subdued reviews out of its handful of festival runs last year, but it did impress Harvey Weinstein, who picked it up for distribution in the US this year.
Wasikowska plays the real life Robin Davidson, who in the 1970s embarked upon a 2,000 solo hike through the Australian outback with only a dog and some camels for company. Well, and Adam Driver, who plays photographer Rick Sloman, sent by National Geographic to capture her journey at various points.
Looks good to me. Comes out on April 25th in the UK, and probably a bit later in the US.
