Frank Oz Pays Tribute To Jim Henson, Isn’t Convinced That Other Folk Can Perform Their Characters

The Today Show this morning featured Frank Oz this morning in a piece inspired by Brian Jay Jones‘ new biography of Jim Henson.

Oz has been pretty vocal in decrying the new Muppets movies, and he gives what seems to be an entirely valid reason in this video.

Not the first observation that Henson would have loved Pixar. I’m sure it’s correct.

Incidentally, Jay Jones’ book is tremendous, and suitably hefty.
