Stylish First Trailer For Supernatural Thriller Blackwood

Blackwood is director Adam Wimpenny’s directorial feature film debut, following a career mostly in television, including shooting a number of episodes of Derren Brown’s Trick or Treat.

He, and writer J.S. Hill, also made a short film in 2009 entitled Roar, which starred Russell Tovey and Jodie Whittaker and was very well received.

Below you can watch the first trailer for Blackwood and below that the rather effective short film Roar.

TRAILER VIDEO REMOVED – It turns out that this wasn’t the finalised version of the trailer. To ensure no-one gets in any trouble we’re going to wait for the final version of the trailer.

Blackwood is set to play the London Film Festival next month.
