New Trailer For Richard Curtis’ About Time

This trailer has a slightly unusual shape but is all the better for it.

“I’ll go and stand in the cupboard” is the new “I’ll get my coat.”

Incidentally, a lot of sites – The Radio Times, for example – have pulled some Richard Curtis quotes from the latest issue of Empire in which he says that About Time is probably the last film he’ll direct:

This probably will be the last film I will direct… I don’t know. Just a feeling… just a feeling. It feels like a summing-up to me. We’ll see how things turn out.

A shame – but It won’t be the last film he writes, I’m sure of that. At the very least there’s also going to be the Roald Dahl adaptation Esio Trot, which is underway already.
