San Diego Comic Con Exclusive Lego figures of Superman, Green Arrow and Spider-Woman, you can be sure scalpers are already mentally lining up.

The grumpy black Man Of Steelish Lego figure fits neatly into recent research that shows Lego figures are getting crosser. Can someone please make a Lego bed of skulls for him to stand on like this similarly moody statue?

Toon Tumblers have their own Harley Quinn/Forever Evil/Joker $10 tumbler on sale.

They also addressed the issue of eBay scalpers from their perspective;

Justin, just attending Comic-Con costs over $100 for the average person and if you throw in travel expenses it can cost upwards of $1000. Some people try to recoop the cost by scalping exclusives. It is opportunistic and on their part but it also opens up the availability to a lot more people. For someone who is not able to attend the show (and that's a LOT of people) all they have to do is hit the BIN button and they have it at a fraction of the cost of traveling to the show and picking up one. The only time I have a problem with it (and this has NEVER happened with 'Toon Tumblers) is when a person prematurely buys out the available stock before the end of the show.
